The finishes in the units are top of the line (Subzero,Grohe,Wolf, Snaidero) and the layouts and square footages are respectable(they could have been a bit bigger with the prices they are asking for)
If you are going to drop almost $600,000 for a 2bed/2bath condo in this current real estate market, then go with the "02" layouts in the building! The "02" layouts offer a respectable living room/dining size of 26x14..
Where as the smaller 2bed/2bath layouts offer a 18x15 living room/dining room size.. Which is on the small size for the prices the developer is asking for
