While the Admirals Pointe Condos is not the most flashiest building on the exterior and the ammenities are not as up to par with other newer buildings in the near vicinity, it is one of the best buildings in River North in terms of Bang For Your Buck! The layouts are very respectable, ( the 2bed/2bath "08" and the 1bed/1.1bath "03" layouts are my favorite!)the building is clean and it is managed very well! One complaint about the Admirals Pointe Condos is that the Walls Are A Bit Thin.. The developer could have done a much better job with that.

The residents at the Admirals Pointe Condos located at 645 N Kingsbury in the Chicago River North Neighborhood can finally put their barbeque grills, chairs and tables back out on their balconies... The special assessment charged to residents of the Admirals Pointe Condos went for resealing and strenghtening the balconies. No one likes paying a special assessment but no one can complain about having a stronger and water proof balcony. Now lets see if they can get all the equipment in their gym working properly.
