In terms of the layouts and square footage of the River North Condos at the Erie Centre Tower, they are without a doubt some of the best in the area!The best layout in my opinion is is the 2bed/2.1bath "08" layout.This layout is incredibly spacious, great views and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms!
Erie Centre Tower also provides above average ammenities considering it was built 11 years ago. The workout room is respectable, there is a huge party room and the views from the roof top deck are unbelievable.
