I have shown condos at the River North Commons at 451 W Huron several times to clients over the last 2 years, but my clients and I were not very impressed with the layouts of these River North Condos. For the square footage and the building ammenities, these condos are a bit on the overpriced side. As you will see, the listing times on these condos are lengthy.. Which isnt uncommon for some buildings in the River North Real Estate market
What the building lacks in layouts and square footage it makes up for it in Location! The River North Commons Condos are located in the heart of the Kingsbury-Ontario Corridor. Everything from bars, restaurants, clubs, gyms and the Erie Park are right outside of your door!
