Not so much for the Overpriced condos in the building, but just like the Sears Tower (I refuse to call it the Willis Tower) The Montgomery has a simple, classy and intimidating design. This building was initially designed by one of the most influential architects of all time: Minoru Yamasaki. The same architect who designed the World Trade Center. This is a full service building with several ammenities.

The Montgomery is definitely one of the most affluent and sought after high rise condo buildings in the River North Neighborhood The units are a bit on the overpriced side as can be seen by very long listing times!
