I am fortunate that I have knowledge of multiple Suburban and Chicago neighborhoods, their respective prices, and market trends. Not many agents out there that can tell you what properties are worth in several different neighborhoods, let alone key selling points of each neighborhood
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a REALTOR ® are all new friendships I have made with my clients. One of my proudest moments was closing a $15 million dollar shopping center for clients that took over a year and a half worth of work.
When I am not seeing homes, preparing homes for sale, meeting with attorneys, or handing over the keys to satisfied clients, I take time to travel, spend time with my nephews and nieces, read, and exercise.
