The exterior of the building is glass and steel and has a similar feel to the Lucien Lagrange buildings located at 510 Erie and 653 Kingsbury. However the architect for 156 Superior was Miller Hull. The building offers nothing in terms of common area ammenities, but what you lack in building ammenities you make up for with square footage and location!
