Today's River North Real Estate post discusses the Concrete Style River North Loft Buildings at 630 N Franklin. Built in 2005, most people have a love/hate relationship with this building. They either really love this building or really hate it from my experience.
Located at the intersection of Ontario and Franklin in the River North Neighborhood, this non full service building is a haven for investors.. There are currently no rental restrictions on this building, and the rental rate is almost 50% which can make financing a bit difficult.
If you are looking for a building with amenities, 630 N Franklin won't work for you.. There is no doorman, workout room, party room etc... Thats the trade off you get with lower assessments.. The location of these River North Lofts at 630 N Franklin can depend on where you unit faces.. A portion of the building faces the "L" train tracks and i would recommend a higher floor, because on the weekends the clubs outside of 630 N Franklin can get a bit noisy. If you are looking for a midrise building in a bustling location at a decent price, 630 N Franklin could be for you
