In terms of the Layouts and Square footage, the condos at 435 W Erie are still without a doubt some of the best and biggest in the area! The best layout in my opinion is is the 2bed/2.1bath "08" layout. This layout is incredibly spacious, great views and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Plus you are looking at 1500sq ft! The average square footage of the one and two bedroom condos at 435 W Erie are significantly larger than the more modern condo buildings in the area ..
435 W Erie provides average amenities, considering it was one of the Very First residential buildings constructed in River North almost 20 years ago. The workout room is on the small side, there is a huge party room and the views from the sundeck are unbelievable!
If you are looking for a flashy building with amazing amenities, this building won't work for you. If you care more about location, layout and square footage, this is the building for you to seriously consider!
