There aren't many places in the city where you can walk outside of your condo building and are greeted by a beautifull park with rolling hills and trees! The layouts of these Condos are above average. My favorite layout is the 2bed/2.1bath "06" layouts. The parking garage in this building is probably one of the most difficult to navigate i think. This might sound like a big deal, but navigating through a tricky parking garage every day can be a bit of a pain
