The location of this building is hands down The Best in the River North Neighborhood. You are in the heart of the city, but minus the noise and congestion. The Montgomery Park , Chicago River and The East Bank Club are all next door to 600 N Kingsbury as well.. How many spots in the city can you walk outside and have a park full of green grass, rolling hills and trees? Not too mention the Chicago River.
The 600 N Kingsbury Condos is one of the older buildings in the neighborhood and one of the few that has a Pool. The pool is one of the main selling points of this building, next to the location!! There are several different layouts to chose from. This is a full service building offering 24hr doorman, workout room, outdoor pool, on site management. There is also a really nice Sushi Restaurant called Kai Sushi on the first floor of the building!
