While 645 N Kingsbury is not the flashiest building and the amenities are not as up to par with other newer buildings in the near vicinity, it is one of the best buildings in River North in terms of Bang For Your Buck! The layouts are very respectable and there are several to chose from! ( the 2bed/2bath "08" layout is my favorite!) the building is clean and it is managed very well!
One complaint about 645 Kingsbury is that the Walls Are A Bit Thin.. The developer could have done a better job with that. I lived in this building for almost 10 years, so i can attest to that
