The Brick and Timber Lofts located at 375 W Erie is today's River North Condo Building Profile. Also known as Erie Centre Lofts, this 6 story mid rise building was converted to residential space in 1999..
There is a healthy collection of Timber and Concrete Lofts in the River North neighborhood. The 375 W Erie building is basically the little brother of the River North Condos at 435 W Erie. The developer, took the space adjacent and made this commercial space into loft condos. This building shares the same amenities (doorman, gym, party room, sun deck) with 375 W Erie
The location of these lofts is one of the best in River North. It lies in the Kingsbury-Ontario corridor which is between Kingsbury-Orleans. If you read my blog, you know i am a Huge Fan of this part of this city and also a resident!
The majority of these units are Brick and Timber style lofts, however, there are others that are not.. There are a few layouts to choose from but the square footage numbers for these Lofts are fantastic! The smallest square footage is 900 sq for a 1bdroom.. Not bad considering the average 1bedroom condo in River North is 750 sq ft.
