I am a big fan of 333 W Hubbard for the layouts and square footage. The average square foot for a 1bed in River North is about 750 sq ft.. The average square footage for a 1bedroom at Union Square is 850!
My favorite layout is the "01" 2bed/2.1bath layout! Amazing Space !
