As the name indicates, this building is located directly across the street from the Mongtgomery Park. The 1bed/1.1bath layout is my favorite.. Some of the 2bed/2bath layouts are funky and a bit on the small side. Just like the Condos at 510 W Erie that Lucien Lagrange also designed, Kingsbury On The Park is a Glass And Steel work of art. Lucien Lagrange buildings usually have a way of sticking out from the rest of the competition.
As with the other Lucian Lagrange designed building directly across the street at 510 Erie, 653 Kingsbury is definetely a bit on the higher side when it comes to pricing and assessments..
