Todays River North Real Estate post discusses the Domain Lofts at 900 N Kingsbury! These Lofts are located at the intersection of Larrabee and Kingsbury ,just south of Chicago Avenue in the Chicago River North Neighborhood.
The Domain Building was not always condos, the building was formerly the location for the Montgomery Wards Catalogue. These River North Lofts were converted to condos back in 2002.
The Domain Lofts have views overlooking the city skyline, the Chicago River or a 15,000 sq ft courtyard that is beautifully landscaped. The ammenities at the Domain Building are very nice. Whether I am talking about the very respectable Work Out Room, to the Roof Top Running Track (yep you heard me right), to the impressive lobby or the boat slips, everything is impressive looking and well maintained!
While not technically a building amenity, right around the corner from the domain building there are several restaurants, bars and the David Barton Gym! Two of my favorite places: Japonaise By Morimotos (no longer in business) and the Motel Bar can be found here! You can also rent Kayaks if you desire to paddle along the Chicago River.

The Domain Lofts are all Concrete Lofts, so if you are not a fan of lofts, then these lofts wouldnt work for you. If you are a fan of the loft style condos, the Domain building and all of its ammenities is a building you should definitely check out! Its a healthy building and has not been oversaturated with short sales and foreclosures.. My favorite layout is the "30" layout. 2bed/2.1bath+den
