The Flair Tower apartments are located at 222 W Erie and the intersection of Erie and Franklin. They also happen to in the same building as my favorite River North sushi spot: Union Sushi!
Flair Tower was constructed a few years ago, and with the River North Real Estate Market being as insanely hot as it is, the building rented out pretty quickly. Flair Tower is a sharp looking building inside and out and offers really nice layouts and finishes for their renters. Flair Tower offers renters plenty of amenities including a really nice outdoor pool|spa area. Some of the other amenities Flair Tower offers are: Business Center, Billiard Room, Party Room, Dog Run.
Rents at Flair Tower start at around $1800 for a 580sq ft 1bedroom and can go up to $7500 a month for a 3bedroom Apartment.. So with parking, the least expensive rent is about $2000 a month.
