I was formerly the President and Owner of several RE/MAX offices in the Chicagoland Suburbs.  I was also the younger broker/owner in RE/MAX history at 25yr old..

As the graph indicates, there are currently 27 Homes for Sale in Roselle with an average market time of about 150 days which is incredibly high for this time of the year.  There have been 35 Roselle Homes that have sold over the last 3 months with an average market time of 50 days.. The homes that have sold are getting about 99% of the list price which is great.  The majority of the homes sold in Roselle over the last 3 months have been 3 bedroom homes (23) with an average sales price of $343,000... There have been 6, 4 bedroom homes that sold with an average sales price of $500,000.
